Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him! For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! Not only is this so, but we also boast in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation. Romans 4: 9-11
Over this month, I hope and pray that you have taken the time to be convinced of the assuredness of all that Christ has done for you, for us – you and me. The depth of God’s love and his determined desire to call his beloved creation back to himself. To remove the distance that existed between him and humankind because of the sin that Adam and Eve brought into this world. This reunion is the most intimate steadfast relationship that any person can have, even right now and then into eternity. This eternal hope is only hope on this side of heaven and it is a hope that we can rest in, we can rejoice in, and that guides all we say, do, and think. In all things, may your life be guided by the peace of your eternal hope of all that Christ has done for you and your faith in him. Therefore, by your actions and your words, let your whole being boast in this eternal hope that you are living in right now, that others may see and be drawn to live in it as well.
